Being
located in the Gulf of Thailand , this heart-shaped island
is only 62 nautical miles away from mainland of Vietnam .
Phu Quoc has the total area of 567 square kilometers
(length of 62 kilometers and width of 28 kilometers).

Phu
Quoc has chains of stones that descend from the north to
the south. Ham Ninh is the longest mountain that stretches
30 kilometers along the eastern area and its highest top
is 603 meters from the sea level.
